These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access to and use of the services, products, platforms, and solutions (“Services”) provided by EZSimConnect Ltd (“EZSimConnect”, “we”, “our”, “us”) to any business customer, partner, reseller, or white-label client (“Client”, “you”, “your”).
By registering with, purchasing from, or partnering with EZSimConnect, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.
EZSimConnect Services are intended for use by businesses and organisations only. By using our Services, you confirm that you are acting in a business capacity and have authority to bind the entity you represent.
EZSimConnect provides global eSIM connectivity and hosted roaming solutions to business clients. This may include:
All Services are provided subject to availability and subject to acceptance by EZSimConnect.
All orders placed via our platform, API, or through direct agreements are binding once confirmed by EZSimConnect. Pricing is provided on a wholesale or negotiated basis and may be subject to taxes, fees, or currency conversion costs.
Payments must be made in accordance with agreed invoicing terms. Late payments may incur interest and/or suspension of Services.

Each party agrees to comply with applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. We process your business and client data only as necessary to provide the Services and as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring your own compliance with applicable privacy laws when using our Services, especially in a white-label or reseller capacity.
EZSimConnect aims to maintain a high level of service uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for delays, outages, or disruptions caused by network failures, maintenance, or force majeure.
Technical support is available 24/7 through designated channels as described in your account or partner agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement.
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms or misuse the Services.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for any disputes.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. You are encouraged to review this page periodically.
